First I had to speak to 8 call centre agents, then only one attempted to assist me without an attitude but the product knowledge was not up to scratch. Then, instead of receiving a discount for settling months before they punish me by adding more to the settlement amount when they have been debiting the correct amount and the correct time each month. Furthermore they send me to the wrong branch to settle the account! I will no longer be an African Bank Customer after this experience!
