TAKE OUR MONEY AND NEVER PAY OUT

I have just put in my 2nd claim to Auto and General, and have now been hit with the news that because my TV was hit by lightening/power surge I had to pay in an additional R500, however, the lady told me if I threw it off the stand, I would not have paid the R500 ontop of the R900.00. it is absolutely Ludacris that I have to pay for something I have no control over! I am currently on the phone with outsurance getting a quote. Anything should be better than A&G
