FNB TOOK MY MONEY & MAKING ME WAIT FOR IT!!

I have a personal loan with my bank who debits my account every month around the 25th with R1135. 24 December 2013, they debited my account and all was good. I woke up on 30/12/2013 to find an sms stating "MR MOOSA, we have deducted R886.32 due to arrears on your FNB loan. Contact us on 0875750091..." I called the number and was kept on hold for nearly 15 minutes before I hung up. I drove to my branch in Parow and was put on the line with Mandla Mtembu who assured me I would be refunded within 48 hours.By the 3/01/2014, I had received nothing and after waiting another 10 minutes on the line, I got through to Beverley who assured me all would be sorted by the end of that day. Saturday, 4/01/2014 I headed to my branch again, spoke to a consultant & eventually ended up with manager Charleen Alexander who was quickly able to see the notes on the system and made contact with the relevant department who was by that time unavailable. Only after threats of going to the police and listing the complaint here, did I finally get a call and right now, they have deposited only R740.11 without explanation. Pathetic service, no compensation for all the costs I bore to resolve this issue. Nw 2 SAPS
