DISAPPOINTING RESPONSE TO INSURANCE CLAIM

I had a break-in on 21.12.2013. I have reported it to the claims dept. Thus far I have had the door replaced. I am still awaiting a response to the quote for my Trellidor gate. Despite my complaint on the Insurance Online website, i am still without proper security. I have tried to call the call centre & off course, it is impossible to get through. I need help desperately.
