I phone MiWay to cancel my policy and was put through to Seitiro, who assisted me. He has an excellent personality for the job he is doing and he is brilliant working with people. This is what I could hear from the conversation we had. He has an infectious personality and an asset to MiWay. If he was handling my claim I would have not have left the company.
