Poor Service

I am really tired of this bank, i complained two weeks ago and now i have more problems. do you just do as you please with peoples account? who gave you authorization that you have to tranfer a stop order that i had on my old account? i am not winning with this bank. i would like to close all the other acounts i have with you. this is just pathetic service. every weeke i have to complain about something with nedbank. if you do have time call me
