Good day. Please assist me.
I'm a RCS customer. On the 18/03/2013 and 25/03/2013, I made queries iro unauthorized purchases on my account. Documents were submitted, a 21 day turnaround was given. After numerous calls I received 2 letters in 06/2013 10/2013, indicating that I'm not liable for these purchases. None of these letters were signed and the purchase amounts were not reflecting in the letters. However, my greatest concern is that since MARCH 2013 have not received any my monthly statements till today. The amount of calls and emails to RCS did not bring any reply as yet. All I want is my monthly statements from March 2013 till today, as I m entitled to see ALL the charges etc.
I'm sending this to you as my last resort.
Please assist.
