Lack of communication

In true Standard Bank style I still haven't received any communication with regards to a debit they put through my account for R420. I have attempted to communicate with them four times and still no joy. The service I am receiving from Standard Bank Constantia branch is the worst I have ever experienced from any business. I have also just received the bank fees dated from the 14/11/13 till 30/11/13 which totals R1162, 54. This is ridiculous for a small business.
