I opened a personal loan on 25/03/2013 for amount of 21, 140 and the instalment is1083, 37 i have paid for 9 mounts already but the instalment do not go down on 27/12/2013 outstanding balance was 18.212, 97and on 01/01/14 is 19, 016, 94 . please assist because i dont understand how is this heppening
