Today after many emails and I once again received a sms from nimble group/credit worx to pay outstanding debt..I have sent over 26 emails to TSHOLO KATE and not once has she called me back... I will not take any of this I am sick and tired this account was written off in 2011... I have been making payments up until Jan 2013... Tsholo sent you all the documents but instead no feedback no calls just flippen sms... where you guys are shouting telling me to PAYMENT DUE NOW!!!..
While you're at it with your hounding, I too request the following from you:
- The latest statement of account from inception date from the company that has handed this account over...
- A complete and detailed breakdown of legal costs (can be itemised, a general figure is NOT permissible)
-The date this account was handed over to you as well as the documentation sent to me from the company stating that it will be handed over.
*Note that if you do have these docs everything is above board. I need to know that while you're busy pestering me, you are in fact in possession of all the original agreements/documents etc.
If I do not receive any feed back, I will be forced to inform the Ombudsman.
