I have purchased HP650 from FNB smart divice, The agreed pricing was a once off R150 administration charges and a monthly R269 for 24 month total cost to pay R6456 according to the agreement.

I have being charged R323 per month and total cost R7752 reflecting on my profile.

I have called several time for fnb to rectify this, but every time i will be put on hold for more than 30 min and being told the case is escalated and i will be given a call back.i have never receive a call from any consultancy

I need to return this divice that i received in Sept as i cant pay for what i didnt agree on, why do they keep debiting R323 and not correct it.

Calling the call centre is waste of money and time, if they can trace all my calls they will notice i called more than 10 times and hold for more than 30 min since october .can someone assist me, im prepared to return the divice as they not dealing with me in good faith.

can i approach the customer protector?
It is so unprofessional to treat me like i have done wrong by dealing with them
