HOME LOAN ADMIN CHARGES

In terms of a judgement in November 2012 Homeloans taken out out before 2007 had be charged the reduced monthly Admin Fee. I received an SMS from Std Bank on 9 January confirming that my fee would be R5-70 from February 2013. On checking my statement on the Internet I see I have yet again been charged the FULL fee of R51-00. This shows the bank's disregard for judgements handed down and disrespect for clients. I suppose the usual response would be an apology and everything is rosy, but apologies don't work.
