We lodged a claim on the 20th of December with regards to our Aircon. Firstly the assessors appointed does not have contracters in PE. The local office of the assessors sent the documentation through on the 30th of December after we had to make numerous phone calls to obtain a quotation, but to date the documents have not been loaded on the system. We were also advised to replace the item in the mean while and send the invoice. Goodness gracious, WHY DO WE HAVE INSURANCE? When is the claim going to be finalized, hopefully before the next summer?
