Ig knock to finances due to faulty app

On the 23rd of December I attempted to transfer much needed funds of R1300 to my mothers account, although I selected my mother as a beneficiary, upon completing the payment I was shocked to see the money had been payed to AARTO instead. I was completely distraught since I know how hard it will be to reclaim the funds from them. Upon calling the FNB app call centre a lady by the name of Moniq provided much relief to me by confirming that there was a fault with the app and the matter would be rectified as a matter of urgency.3 days later A lady by the name of Valetine Shezi called me and confirmed the app error and notified me that the matter would be sorted out with ABSA as soon as possible, they where awaiting feedback from ABSA.It is now the 2nd of January and I have still not been refunded, I have been forced to take a short term loan which is going to cost me R150 interest which I have to pay back upon the payment of my next salary. I am very disappointed in FNB who I have untill recently held in most high regard. My next step will be to go to the banking umbudsman if this is not resolved within the week. My reference number is 1-782287169.
