I was debited 4 times after signing with Oakhurst insurance, I called their line on 0448053483 and email the person responsible which is Isaac but he is failing to get back to me. I spoke to him about a week back and he said he will reverse 2 debit orders that were not suppose to have gone off but he failed to. he also promised listen to a recording and get back to me and even now I am still waiting for his feedback
will I ever get any assistance from you guys? as a client I think I need assistant every time I call my service provider.
I believe this is a bad customer service, I can never tell anyone to use your company as you have failed me big time. I have been your client for less than a month already I am having a headache with you guys
