Really - PROBLEM NOT SOLVED

How can Oakhurst reply via HELLOPETER problem solved after I clearly indicated over the phone and right now that I am NOT ACCEPTING NEW INCREASED PREMIUM changes - it is unfair and NOT accepted - but they ignore the customer and continue by just bluntly taking the increased premium off by DEBIT!!!
Same occured with a cell-phone company - riding the easy way-out gravytrain of "voice logging" PLEASE - can OAKHURST send me a voice recording where I accepted with NO PROBLEM continue the premium increase??? - Mailing does refer all to UNHAPPY client NOT agreeing to increased premium - I am sure this is NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER having the same problem!? This matter has become beyond irritating - I did arrange change of insurer - and if Oakhurst continue this line of action they may IGNORE the STOPPING of my insurance by them - and DEBIT ME AGAIN month end of DECEMBER 2013? - I see legal steps coming!! - and WILL pay R4000 and lose the amount to prove my point and get my money back they are bussy "" by means of ignorant hardheaded actions..
