Capitec Bank
Since loan inception received no statements!!!

I have a personal loan with Capitec and till this day received no correspondence or statement that state what my current outstanding capital and balance is. I have been told I have to go into the branch to receive a statement, is it really that difficult to mail it to me. Do not even have an account number or anything to verify.
