Hi,
I have called through to your call centre about a deduction going off from my account of R83 a month and was told this had been sorted out as I do not have a dial direct account anymore (have not had one for over 6 months). I see that on my latest statement the amount is still being deducted. Would someone please contact me to resolve this issue once and for all? Thank you
