My account was closed mistakely by Direct Axis, I was incorrect details on 3 occasions to reopen the account. I have notified the agent who gave me the wrong details and asked for them to sort it out coz the mistake was on there part. They have now reopened the account and increased my debit by 500..why should I be liable for there mistakes and pay extra every month. Even when speaking to the call centre supervisor, they can't take blame dor the mistake and reset the acccount, further more all that they should of done is atleast notify me of the further increse that will be debited, I was not even notified of that.
