After spending 30 minutes being passed from one call center to another, I still do not have a solution.
Whoever designed your telephone system was an. The instructions are so vague that I find it impossible to get through to the correct department. Did you know that pin numbers for credit card statements are not in the ambit of your credit card division. I did not know this, nor did your staff in four different divisions of your bank.
