System error Excuse!!!

I am upset with this company for unauthorised deductions which have happened twice where my premium has been incorrectly overstated. I phoned in November about this and was told it had been a system glitch and also got informed at the time that my premuims had gone up, this i must say without prior warning or notice. I see again that this has happened where instead of a R600 premium i my account has been debited for R1188 and the excuse again was "System Error" i phoned this morning and was told by Nomsa this would be rectified during the day today and when i try and call them to find out the progress i keep going to an answering service that tells you business hours are from 8 - 6 mon - fri and then a thank you for calling followed by the line dropping follows. it is a Monday and time is 1603 and i am sure this is definitely within their business hours hence my question is why is it always difficult to get through to them For a company that deals with people through the telephone their telephone system is not up to scratch. i need my refund done today 30/12/2013 as the extra R500 was budgeted for other use and this is inconvinencing me, besides they are earning some interest!
