My geyser burst on 25 December 2013. I replaced my geyser and paid for it. My geyser is insured via Auto and General. I called Auto and General on 27 December 2013 and spoke to Poh. She promised me before the end of the working day i will receive a call with regards to the claim. At 14.30pm Poh contacted me, to advise that the claim was approved and payment will be done on 2 January 2014. I think this is exceptional service delivery. This is the first time i have received such quick service from a person over the telephone. To me she was brilliant and wish we had more staff with good attitude of this nature. Well done Poh. Keep up the good work. Telesure Group, You have employed a good worker and look after her.
