I would like to compliment and commend Daron Theunis on the ABSOLUTELY SUPERIOR service that I received from him on the 31st of May 2013. I was in a bit of a quandary and he was able to put me at ease and managed to sort out my geyser problem promptly and efficiently. First thing on Tuesday morning, I got confirmation that money was deposited into my bank account in order for me to fix my geyser. I have been with Auto & General for many, many years and always got good service but I have never experienced such professionalism and can only say that his dedication to his job is admirable and inspirational. He was prompt, efficient and definitely put me first.
