Still paying for a Credit Card that I cancelled!

I recently cancelled my credit card and spoke to Doris (ref no. 35679103).
As discussed with a Std Bank Card Division representative prior to closing this account, I was instructed to pay settlement fee of R84.87, which I did.
On my bank statement, transaction dated 01/02/2013, I have been charged R25.00 for an account that no longer exists!
I am livid. Fix this at once or else I'm moving to FNB.
