Disappointed

My disappointment with FNB insurance just does not come to an end. When FNB took over my insurarance from Regent I had endless problems with my deduction. I sold my Corsa and bought a new car... just to find out that the insurance was dedcuted for the corsa and now I am being told that the pro-rata and installment for Jan will be deducted on 25th January. Why is the consultant being so difficult when I am requesting to pay the pro-rata today? I am a very dissatisfied client with FNB Insurance and am seriously thinking of find another company if this issue is not resolved... also why is consultant so defensive...
