Very dissapointed

I applied online for a home improvement loan and I was pre approved, when I went to Build it stores I aPplied again and gave them all my documents. I was assured that I wil get an sms to come nd order the building material I wanted. I was even told not to worry everything is in order I must go to yhe counter give quotations, I told the lady I will come back the following day.

I waited for three days and then went to the store to give my quotation and already I left people doing the foundation to extend three rooms. To my suprised, iwas told that the system declined me. It didn't make sense to me why, they didn't decline me the first. Three days. I went online again to apply and they still approved me. Stop messiing with peoples head!!! Don't give pus f"se hope
