I wanted to cancell my insurance with my way as i got a better offer somewhere.
Soon as he realise that they couldnt beat the other insurance company. He showed positive attitude while assisting me with terminati ngmy insurance with them. He was very understanding and supportive.
He was the nicest person anyone could ask to speak to.

P.s: i received a confirmation letter for cancelling the insurance within 5 minutes after the call.
