Although I received a message from Lerato Molo as well as Nicol Fowler that: "Please be advised that your claim has been authorised as per the below settlement. Payment will reflect in your account within 48 - 72 hours.", has it been been 9 days today and 11 days by the time this complaint will be attended to and now claim payout was received.
