Outsurance
Outsurance are a joke

I have a fairly large insurance portfolio with outsurance and they are great when it comes to making sure I pay my high monthly bills and raising their prices and premiums but just like most companies in their industry they treat long time clients terribly when its time to claim. I made a claim on some hail damage to one of 4 cars that I insure with them (among other items), they raised my excess without telling me and the phone operator was rude when I told him that i was never told. They then told me that I lost my outbonus on all my cars and even my trailer because of a claim on one car even though my car could only be seen to around march at the earliest. then when I completed all the paperwork and sent it to that same person, he went on leave and left my case unfinished. when I finally managed to resend my information I was guaranteed that my payout had been payed and would clear in 48 hours. 77 hours later and I just phoned my bank to hear that nothing is showing and there are no uncleared amounts. Great job outsurance. I think my next order of business is to cancel my cover with you and find a company that has a phone line open after 6.
