Debit order just deducts when ever they want!

I ask them if I could change my debit order date, yes they said no problem just send your payslip and id copy! This I did and even got a sms back" MR JOONE, ref no 10314605, your query has been resolved, debit date is changed. Thank you, African Bank. Tel 086 11 11 011" So this morning i want to pay with my card and surprise declined! Why because for the second time in one month they debited my account! So what can I now? I will take you people to newspapers every where i can with all your useless emails ans sms's so that people can see how you do business!!
