No re-finance, no feed back, no service

I applied to have my vehicle re-financed by Stannic as the period of repayments had expired and I now had to pay the residual. I appllied to do this on the 26th of December via a e-mail to a lady by the name of Natalie in customer Services. I send her all the details as well as a copy of the motor vehicle insurance. Days went by and on Monday the 7th of January I sent another e-mail to Lloyd Kemp in customer services and guess what again nothing has happened but in the meantime Standard bank saw fit to push through a debt order for R26000.00 RAND which is the residual owed by me, not only did it not go through but it cost me R150.00 for a unhourned debt order who is going to pay for this. If they do not want to re-finance they must say so and I will get it somewhere else this is totally unacceptable service.
