No card after 6 months

Registered for u-count rewards in June. Cannot get my card from them. Cannot get them to de-register me. Cannot get them to pay back the monthly"admin" fees for this program. Cannot comprehend that they are still open for business!!! Another fine Standard Bank mess!!!
