I bought a PocketPos about three weeks ago. No callcentre staff seem competent and knowledgeable enuf to get it up and running. A real forth world bank in a first worl banking community. They never return calls. And their complaint line operator is so arrogant and ckearly lacks any people skills. All promise help but lack the know how to land this great concept. The bank manager at Canal walk said she is also beside herself in getting anyone to do anything about my problem. She has made at least 10 calls. It seems Nedbank has a major internal communications problem and lack any visible cohesion, not mentioning that they seem to be totally outclassed by their own Pocket Pos. I have lost turnover because of their incompetence and may seek legal address. These clowns are a class act to be avoided at all costs. If u r looking for frustration as an opening act and banking buffoonery as the main show, buy your ticket in the form of a Pocket Pos and be assured, these suited clowns will not dissapoint.
