Increasing policy excesses payment unilaterally

We received a notification that out policy's excess amount will be increased due to the claims we had recently. May I point out that NONE of the incidents/accidents was due to our negligence, it find it extremely unfair to penalise us.

Not one of the 3 vehicle accidents was due to any fault of ours. The windscreen claims was not due to any fault of ours. The cell phne was not due to any fault of ours, so why do we need to be penalised. I expect that the policy be re-instated as it was previously, and please provide a copy as such for our records.
