Old Mutual
Went on leave while my application is pending

The whole month i`m trying to get a car! i applied for a loan with Old Mutual, and it could not give an amount due to more then five inquiries done in 20 days. My application is with Luzuko and it was said that massage should be off by today. and now this morning i`m told that he's on leave and only he can access it. ITS NOT FAIR TO ANY ONE THAT ONE SHOULD BE DELAYED WITH HIS WEREABOUTS DUE TO A STAFF MEMBER DOES NOT HAVE A STANDIN TO RESPRESNT HIM WHILE HE'S ON LEAVE.

Does this mean I now have to wait Luzuko to do his things and come back when he comes back to open my Application... I called in this morning, left massage for Shanay his teamleader.. and i`m still waiting since 08:25...

Guys we all know it's festive and everyone us happy on festive mood. But the business must still stand. I have Policies with you all, and i paid up my first loan with you all last week somewere. i`m not happy with the service i`m getting from you now.
