Never again

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years now and decided to actually cancelled my insurance with outsurance a week or so ago because of the pathetic service I received. And after 4 people phoned me and try to convince me to stay I gave in and phoned to reactivate my account. Spoke to a lady and asked her to phone be back she said no problem and hung up. That was this morning it is now 13:30 and she didn't even bother to phone back. Outsurance will never again get my bussiness, personal or any bussiness from me and I am advising everybody I know about your way of doing bussiness. My personal and bussiness insurance will be moved!!!
