Empty promises

I did an application with them on the 24-10-2013 an it was approved, I sighned everything so that they can give me what asked to this date nothing has happended and I'm the one who is doint the followups they don't even update you everyday when I call they are telling me that they are waiting for a letter from saccawu, I decided to deal with the manager and it was worse because she is always telling me the since the begining of december she is telling me that you wil get your things tomorrow when you call she change the dates. When I talk to other staf they say they don't have my documents and Lerato told me she is got them. I wanna know if this is how she treat clients by telling them wrong information as a manager? Tomorrow they are closing and who is gonna help me cause Lerato doesn't know what she is doing? She must know how treat the clients not to to us. I want this thing sorted today. I want anyone above Lerato to give me what I sighened for today.
