Went to Nedbank Menlyn for a student loan 6 December 2013.

I submitted all document asked for by the consultant. As from the monday 9 December 2013
I received several sms request for more documents.

The banker Matilda tried to find out from the credit department what documents they wanted and periodically I submitted more documents until the loan was declined 18 December 2013.

I do not appreciate Nedbank keeping me in the dark for 12 days only to decline my application just tell me yes or no so I can consult another institution.

FNB helped me on 18 December 2013 it took them 2 hours to confirm my application - Sorry Nedbank that was the last straw you just lost another customer.
