Getbucks
NO Payout

I applied for a loan at getbucks and it was approved but I have not received any money. I then received an sms to say that my account will be debited, this is the second month that getbucks is debiting my account without any payout, I would really like it if someone could call me back to resolve this issue. 764.04 was debited on 29 Nov 2013 and 853.12 was debited on 29 Nov 2013. No payout was received, why is getbucks debiting my account!!!
