Help with extra key

After posting a complaint on Hellopeter a few months ago, I was contacted by Sydney from Chery Customer care. He listened to my problems and did all the running around, trying to locate my missing spare key. Not only did he have good people skills but he contacted me regularly with updates and progress reports. Finally, he arranged with Riaan to get the correct key and sort it all out for me.
As I told Sydney - I sincerely hope I won't have any more complaints on the service given by the Boksburg dealerships, but if I do, I do at least know who to contact.
