Pathetic service

I have been stuggeling for a month and a half now to get someone to help me with ana account of mine that has been setteld two months ago, but is still showing an arrears of almost R3000, on my account! I have been to Fnb branches countless times and not even to mendtion how many times I have phoned, And then empty promises are made too you and just no one gets back to you! A guy cold Avi Payadechee Promised me that the arrears amount would ve cleared in 3 working days, and guess what? it still hasnt been cleared and it has been over a month now! I am fedup with Fnb and will definatly move all my accounts to another bank
