SHOWS NO INTEREST TO REVERT BACK TO CLIENTS

In November / December 2012 we were advice that back payment will be done since interest on our home loan was calculated wrong. well it is 3 months later and we have received payment!!! VARIOUS e-mails are just ignored!!
