Details of my account given to creditors without

This is the second incident whereby std bank has provided info on my accounts, im not a salary earner solely on commission and really struggling for survivol, the last 300, oo that I had was debited last week from my current account, I never ever gave this account number, and want a prompt respose as to who in the bank is giving our info out, I incur a lot of bank charges due to this, also trying to call centre now is awful cos everytym we key in card number with pin, it keeps saying invalid, im very ill at present and had to walk to the bank to reverse my last money...
