My wife & I went into the branch on Tuesday so do a few things one of which was to link my wifes accounts to my online profile so that when accessing online banking we see all 5 accounts. I have 3 accounts & my wife 2.I was told that this can only be done at the branch so my wife & I took the time out of our busy day to do this. We where assisted (or rather not assisted) by Nomsa. We explained everything we needed done and assumed by her grunting that it would be done. She proceeded to have us sign a plethora of documents including authorization to link my wife accounts to mine which is what she explained was needed. I received email & sms confirmation that the link of her two accounst was successful. When accessing online banking it was clear that it was not done as only my 3 accounts appear. I called the branch on Thursday & queried this & was rudely not helped by Thando. He essentially implied that I was an & that I should have know better rather than relying on the staff at the branch to assist me correctly. When asking for his supervisor he refused & promptly hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the branch manager who was not in but would call me back. No call received
