FNB LOAN: two deductions in one month

FNB has deducted money from my mother's account twice this month. The agreed date for deductions is the 1st of each month; this has not been the case either as they deduct money before she actually gets paid, leading to an irregularity that makes it appear as if she does not pay the bank. She is a domestic worker and the money was a large portion of her bonus. Please return the money.
