In my credit card happened in october 2013

I reported a case with African Bank, Germiston Meyer street, and submitted all the required documents, a sum of R19 700 was taken through internet. I was told that I will get a feedback on 11/11/2013, no one called me I eventually called only to be told they are still investigating the case they will give came back to me on 27/12/2013, I did not understand why it takes so long so I went back again on 09/12/2013 they promised to come back to me on the 11/12/2013 nothing happened still. I went back on 12/12/2013 still there was no sign of breakthrough. I was only told by a consultant that a certain Refoloe from heard office is busy pleasing herself in my account taking out all the information that was submitted when I reported the case. Its puzzling me because its crystall clear that the is inside as I did not get the sms that I used to get when transaction is done, instead there was a 079 number in their system that is not mine. Can you please help with the quick solution of this case as it is holding me back and taking so long to be solved
