Non Payment of 70 year old's pension

My mother is 70 years old and needs 24 care - she lives in a care centre. Her pension from Telkom was previously managed by another Administrator - pension was paid into her account on time, every month. Since 1 October 2014, the fund is managed by Momentum. She received payment into her account on 22 October but received no payment for November. I phone the call center on 5 December 13 and spoke to Michael Wildeman who informed me that he can see on the system that the payment did not go though and promised to rectify the matter immediately. He indicated that the pension will be paid into the account within a few days. No payment received. I phoned again today (13 December) - he promise to phone me back with feedback - which he did not up to 16h00 so I phoned again. He informed me that according to the system the payment for Nov and Dec will be done together - when they normally do payments for Dec. How can they expect an elderly and sick lady who earns a mere R2700 pension per month to survive for 2 months without payment??? His answer... we can then try and do manual payment on Tuesday. How can you do this to old people??
