You people make me sick, you send me a sms about an account thats overdue yet my wife made a payment at the uitenhage branch, now you tell me you did not receive anything, furthermore your call centre agent has the professionalism of a potatoe where does she get off putting down the phone in my ear? Im fed up with your bank and will be closing my account as soon as I am back in town.
