P/Loan Deducted outside of the agreed time frame

Firstly I received the confirmation of an early debit option - which I have opted out - I have the confirmation in my possession
- Secondly, FNB contest that the credit is in fact my Salary (Salary date is 30/31st of each month - check your records) - your more than welcome to confirm this with my Employer - as seen in the attached - it's an ANNUAL BONUS!!!
- Initially I signed up for a debit date as at the last working day of each month - you/FNB has no right to assume my funds outside of the agree time frames stipulated in my agreement - further more - your business logo is - How can we help you - but through your lack or inability to understand my matter - your are unable to help at all!
- This is now the 2nd time FNB has gone and taken my money without permission - this is not my Salary - rather a Annual Bonus
- I request immediate refund and any cost incurred by FNB will result in me furthering this matter - my accounts are current - nothing outstanding but yet i am treated as though i have conducted the account unfairly - i have spoken to Londi Ncala at the Loan Collections Department within FNB who has been of no assistance at all and if not corrected i will close acc
