Debit OrderThis

This is the third year in a row this is happening. My contract say the debit order must go of the last day of the month. But still every year it is deducted early in December. And no I didnt recieve any sms to opt out. It seems it only me who dont recieve it. Because I knew this will happen again I phoned on The25th of Nov and5 Dec to make arrangements. It was said someone wiil phone me back. No one did. Today the debit order went off!!! who is not doing their work???
